Our policy

If you've received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement. Because our products are applied to skin, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless there is a genuine problem with the product.

How to make a claim

Contact us at hello@kosumosuorganics.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A photo or video showing the problem

We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
